Agrippa has been selling the QUICK LOCK partial rehabilitation system manufactured by UHRIG for several years.
This system has been designed to respond to a high quality standard on partial rehabilitation of sewers and house connections.
Nowadays, QUICK LOCK system benefits from a technical evaluation document by CSTB n° 17/09/216 and becomes the reference in the sanitation market for its sturdiness and quality.
QUICK LOCK was developed for fixing leaks, crackings, slivers, porous couplings, for sealing feed-channels, avoiding roots from striking.
QUICK LOCK is based on a completely mechanical and adjustable system that enables the rehabilitation of sewers from DN 150 up to 700. The range also counts with QUICK LOCK BIG versions that covers up to DN 1600.
QUICK LOCK needs two components : a rolled stainless steel pressure sleeves (highly resistant to corrosion) and a seamless, finished EPDM compression sealing
The stainless steel sleeve is location at the leak place with a packer. Then, the packer is inflated so to pressure on the sleeve and on the EPDM sealing. All through the expanding, two integrated gear mechanisms prevent the sleeve a return of the sleeve and grants the fixing quality.
This rehabilitation method is useful for sanitation networks and industrial networks as well (as long as the effluents are mentioned in the authorised list) thanks to its mechanical and high resistant concept.
Agrippa, as the only official distributor in France and West Indies, is the only authorised partner to train service providers to this system use.
